East Coast Varsity (ECV) is a private school, proudly providing an inclusive family environment that believes in the partnership between physically active lifestyles and lifelong learning is vital for one to achieve their best selves.
In 2017, the ECV ownership group engaged Nustadia Recreation Inc. (Nustadia) to assist in the preparation and verification of the operating proformas and capital purchase costs for the existing arena. As well, ECV and Nustadia reviewed capital construction costs for a new artificial turf field with air-inflated structure for both the Arena and Domed Field that ECV was planning on purchasing and building. Once the purchase of the Arena and Domed Field were complete, Nustadia was hired to operate the facilities on behalf of the client.
